I am the only one of my friends that does not hold a Players Club card, and I will never get one now that I have had this experience. Especially since my friends and I spend hundreds upon hundreds of dollars each and every time we visit this casino. I am now, sitting at home, still in shock that this even happened. I stood there in complete shock as I had NEVER had anyone speak to me in this manner, ever. She then turned to me and started raising her voice at me as well in front of a dozen guests as well as my 2 other friends. I approached the situation courteously and said that he had picked up the 20 because I had dropped it, and it was MY 20 dollar bill. As I sat at my machine listening to this woman yell at my friend who had done NOTHING wrong, I started to get upset. Now it had been 25 min since he had found this 20 dollar bill and I will also add when he found it, there were at least 3 employees including security standing within 3 ft who watched him pick it up and said nothing. After about 25 minutes, one of my friends was approached by a manager who very loudly began accusing my friend of 'stealing' the 20 dollar bill he had picked up off of the floor. Mind you my friends and I have been coming to this casino every weekend for a few months as we like to visit all of the ones in the area every weekend.
One of them picked up a 20 dollar bill that he thought I had dropped after fumbling with my wallet. I visited this casino on with a few friends.
